Dynamic QR Code SaaS Platform

Standard QR codes are static and provide zero analytics. The client wanted a B2B SaaS tool that allows businesses to change the destination URL after codes are already printed — a common and expensive problem in physical marketing campaigns.

We engineered a dynamic redirection engine using Node.js and AWS Lambda that resolves each scan in under 50ms globally via Cloudflare. The dashboard provides real-time scan analytics by location, device, and time. Users can update their campaigns instantly without reprinting.

Codly reached 500 paying business accounts within 3 months of launch with zero paid acquisition. The sub-50ms resolution time became a key differentiator against competitors with 200-400ms scans.
