We standardized the environment using Kubernetes and Terraform on GCP. By introducing a centralized Jenkins CI/CD pipeline and Metabase integration, we empowered the team with real-time data visibility and one-click deployments across all mini-apps simultaneously.

The unified pipeline eliminated cross-team deployment conflicts entirely. Product teams now ship independently 5x per day versus once per week. The analytics dashboards give leadership live revenue visibility for the first time.
