The client needed to showcase high-resolution, complex outdoor equipment (like fully custom outdoor kitchens) without compromising the site's loading speed on mobile devices. Product configurations had hundreds of variants and 4K imagery that was killing conversion rates on mobile.

We implemented an advanced image optimization pipeline with dynamic resizing on Digital Ocean Spaces and a custom-built interactive product configurator using React and TypeScript. The configurator previews every variant combination in real-time without page reloads.

The product configurator became the client's primary sales tool, with 68% of orders now completed directly online versus previously requiring a sales call. Mobile revenue grew by 52% in the first 6 months.
